**Audiologist & ADP Auditor**:
HearingLife Canada is searching for a part-time Audiologist & ADP Auditor to support the Audiology & Client Experience and Ontario-based Divisional Sales Director team for a temporary period of twelve (12) months. The incumbent must be an active HearingLife Canada employee currently working in a part-time capacity. The Audiologist & ADP Auditor will devote up to six (6) hours per week to this role.

**How you will make an impact**:
This role serves as a pivotal operational partner, ensuring compliance and quality at every step. From meticulously assessing ADP authorizations and third-party prescription requests to conducting thorough chart audits and offering vital support to the Audiology team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining excellence and driving seamless service delivery.
- ** Review ADP Authorization and Signature Requests**: Assess, review and sign prescription requests to ensure adherence to program requirements and compliance with established internal and CASLPO protocols.
- ** Evaluate Prescription Requests for 3rd Party**:Carefully review prescriptions and sign off required by third-party entities such as WSIB, DVA, and other government organizations to maintain quality standards and facilitate prompt service delivery.
- ** Conduct Chart Audits and Record Reviews**:Perform comprehensive checks of electronic client files to confirm that documentation meets standards of validity, reliability, and thorough record-keeping practices.
- ** Provide Additional **Support**: Offer assistance to the Audiology team as needed to address various operational needs and enhance workflow efficiency.

**What you will need**:
This role requires a meticulous approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to support the team effectively in maintaining compliance and quality assurance in all processes.
- Master’s degree in Audiology
- Registered and in good standing with applicable Provincial College of Audiologists and Speech and Language Pathologists or professional associations (CASLPO) and Assistive Device Program (ADP)
- 3+ years of proven clinical experience as an Audiologist, with excellent attention to detail for thorough file reviews and compliance verification
- Understanding of professional regulations, including CASLPO protocols and the commitment to maintaining high standards of client care
- Ability to work independently while also supporting team needs
- French Bilingual is an asset
- Currently and permanently scheduled to work less than 1.0 FTE
