Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the President, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and managing office supplies.

3. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating various institutional events, conferences, and meetings.

4. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and other executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.

5. Communication: Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.

6. Document Management: Create, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

8. Handle Personal Matters: Assist the President with personal tasks, such as managing appointments, organizing personal events, and handling confidential personal information.

9. Special Projects: Support the President and executive team with special projects and initiatives.

10. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.
- Language Required: English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector or a similar environment.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
