Markham, Canada Living Properties Inc. (Markham) Full time

Living Properties Inc. (“LPI”) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our organization. This role will provide support to the on-site Property Manager on a daily basis to ensure the management office is run in a professional and efficient manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare notices, correspondences, reports, etc. as instructed and required by the Property Manager and by the management.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for invoices, records, correspondences and other material.
- May need to handle cash/cheque on an as-needed basis.
- Administer and manage incoming/outgoing mails, faxes, deliveries and other materials.
- Operate all the related office equipments and arrange maintenance/repairs as required.
- Perform such other activities as called upon by management.
- Property portfolio will be determined by management.
- Working experience requried, preferrably in a condominium management office.
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Chinese speaking is a must.
