**Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator**
Working for Wellnx and The No Sugar Company/Joyburst companies
- Hybrid position, with limited office attendance required post training. _

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Resolving Customer issues/complaints, and troubleshooting technical problems with the appropriate teams
- Responding to Customer Reviews from online platforms
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback/Pro-active Customer Outreach
- Processing Orders and Transactions; checking regularly for any Fraudulent orders or activity
- Assisting with Amazon Account Management such as Customer Messages, Order Uploading and Tracking Confirmations etc. (may require mínimal weekend work.)
- Assisting with developing and documenting knowledge/processes into helpful content
- Mailing out Sample products from Head Office, when necessary
- Assisting other departments with completion of tasks, events, and processes, as requested
- Flagging out of stock inventory and adjusting where needed
- Assisting with Amazon product listings if needed

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 Years in Customer Service **(required)**
- Knowledgeable with Amazon portal and account processes **(preferred)**
- Experience working in a CPG company **(preferred)**
- Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:
