What You Will DoProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our brokers and insureds
Responding to general billing inquiries
Process credit card payments and apply them to the policy administration system
Ability to manage large number of incoming calls
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Keep detailed records of customer interactions in policy administration system
Adhere to set communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Who You Are1-3 years experience in Call Centre environment and/or Accounts Receivable
Post secondary education in a related field preferred
Strong knowledge in MS Office skills -particularly Excel
Strong problem solving skills, math skills; demonstrated logic and accuracy
Ability to multi-task
