**In collaboration with the work teams and the residents of the living environment, you will have to**:
The Leisure Support Coordinator develops, plans and coordinates activities, and needs in terms of material and human resources, while ensuring the safety and quality of services and events organized in the living environment under the supervision of the Corporate Leisure Coordinator.

He ensures good relationships with the residents, and he collaborates in the achievement of the objectives of the service.

**Kinélite**:
In collaboration with the kinesiologist the Leisure Support Coordinator will implement fitness activities, program development and needs assessment with residents and external clients.

**MAIN TASKS**:
**ENTERTAINMENT**

Conduct various activities or workshops inherent to the living environment, while ensuring that the interests of a majority of residents are met. Plan, create and maintain a schedule of multi-complex activities while working closely with Kinélite, our partner in Kinesiology.

**RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (VOLUNTEERS AND CONTRACTORS)**

**Volunteers**
Recruit and manage volunteers

Encourage and support the activities proposed by residents

**ORGANIZING SPECIAL EVENTS**

Organize annual events at major holidays

Create monthly special events

Hire professionals

**ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS**

**Professional tools**
Development of various internal marketing tools

Participate in the production of the monthly newsletter and its distribution

Posters

Calendar of activities

**Material resources**
Anticipate requirements for material resources and facilities

Keep resources up to date

**Budget**
Make sure to maintain and respect the monthly and annual budget related to activities and events.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in leisure, animation, event organization or any other relevant diploma;
- Have a minimum experience of two (2) years with residences of 350 units or less and more than 4 years for larger residences (recommended);
- Have animation experience;
- Experience in event coordination (an asset);
- Experience in supervising human resources (volunteers and contractors) (an asset);
- Must be mobile and able to travel from one residence to another.
