**:
We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Care Coordinator who cares about the health of residents
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All other related tasks
- Collaborates with CISSS stakeholders
- Controls the delivery of services by keeping the care plans and required services up to date
- Intervene with residents when necessary
- Maintain resident records
- Manages the services provided by the assistance service agents
- Participates in harmonious communications with residents and their families
- Replaces the Care Coordinator during her absence
- See to the comfort, well-being and general needs of residents while respecting the standards of the establishment
- Support the Care Coordinator in all her tasks
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Member in good standing of the OIIAQ
- Experience in personnel management (an asset)
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience with the elderly (an asset)
