Administrative Coordinator

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating databases
- Assist with general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
REQUIRED:
BILINGUAL - FRENCH AND ENGLISH
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brossard, QC J4Z 0N5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
