Peterborough, Canada Five Counties Children's Centre Full time

In this position, you will administer the Quality Inclusion funding and related data collection and provide support functions to the Program Manager, Resource Inclusion Coaches, Capacity Building Coaches and Client and Family Engagement & Experience Lead. You will process referrals and maintain the client information database.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Receive referrals for Resource Inclusion Coaches; book appointments and team meetings as requested, as well as input and update client information as requested.
- Manage and support community contracts and funding payments for Quality Inclusion funding.
- Provide reports, as requested and meet timelines for each quarter for Quality Inclusion support program.
- Maintain and update client information.
- Prepare purchase orders and distribute as appropriate.
- Act as back-up for Reception and other administrative tasks as requested.
- Comply with Centre’s policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertinent to the children and families served by the Centre.

**What You Bring**:

- Office Administration Diploma or equivalent experience in a similar setting.
- 2 - 3 Years of office experience would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro and strong skills in Excel are required.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability in communication, organizational skills and problem solving, capability to multi-task and deal with interruptions.
- Be committed to working within a family-centred approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with FCCC staff and with other professionals in the community.
