As the Revenue & Settlements Quality Manager, you’ll evaluate the revenue and settlements process to ensure the back office is operating in an efficient manner and that our teams are leveraging system tools and capabilities to their fullest potential. You will also monitor and review processes to ensure appropriate controls are in place within the revenue & settlements processes.
**Core Job Functions**:
- Regularly evaluate processes to ensure the Back Office is operating in an efficient manner and leveraging system capabilities to their fullest.
- Work directly with Operations Groups on Quality Improvement as it directly affects Revenue & Settlements.
- Accountable for auditing/updating TMW software to ensure the system accurately represents the details required to bill customers and pay drivers and owner operators on time.
- Ensure requests for extra pay by drivers and owner operators are approved by Operations for pay and customer billing purposes, and provide to Billing & Settlements for processing.
- Manage customer requirements and processes carried out by Analysts, monitoring for accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
- Outlining process improvements to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information.
- Act as liaison for Revenue & Settlements to ensure the team is meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place over the accuracy of work and review/audit work to ensure controls are functioning as defined.
- Work with various driver groups directly, presenting on Revenue & Settlements related functions
- Others duties as required
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or process management is required
- Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the transportation industry is considered an asset
- ISO certification or knowledge of international standards is considered an asset
- Proven ability to deal proactively and professionally with internal customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High level of self-motivation and energy
