Un poste de chef de service - Programmes installations est à pourvoir au sein du groupe des Programmes installations. Le titulaire devra posséder de l'expérience en ingénierie ou en architecture, de préférence dans le domaine de la construction. Le titulaire de ce poste devra également soutenir les initiatives entreprises par Air Canada pour améliorer le volet relatif aux salons Feuille d'érable.

**Fonctions Générales**

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer et diriger un important programme de modification des installations dans plusieurs villes.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients afin de définir les impératifs des projets et de gérer les attentes.
- Gérer de nombreux projets multidisciplinaires de base ou complexes en même temps.
- Effectuer des études de faisabilité pour analyser les options et faire des recommandations.
- Préparer des analyses de rentabilité et formuler des recommandations techniques afin d'obtenir les approbations de financement internes.
- Préparer et délivrer les documents d'appel d'offres une fois qu'un projet est approuvé, attribuer et délivrer les contrats pour les conseillers, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs en utilisant les documents contractuels appropriés.
- Collaborer avec les administrations aéroportuaires et d'autres agences externes, au besoin.
- Gérer les sous-traitants et les conseillers externes tout au long du projet et veiller à ce que les projets soient livrés de manière à respecter la portée, les échéances et le budget prévus.
- Vérifier la conformité des contrats délivrés et autoriser les factures aux fins de paiement.
- Questionner les solutions proposées par les conseillers et les sous-traitants pour qu'elles répondent aux exigences internes.
- Gérer les projets au moyen du logiciel Tririga PM.

**Qualifications**
- Certification du Project Management Institute (PMI) requis.
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou en architecture exigé.
- Au moins dix années d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction et de la gestion de projets.
- Compétences et expérience avérées en leadership.
- Habileté à constituer et à motiver une équipe.
- Rigoureuse éthique de travail, sens de l'organisation, dynamisme et dévouement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Habileté à travailler de façon autonome et au sein d'une équipe.
- Souplesse, adaptabilité et habileté à travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Capacité à voyager fréquemment.
