**Responsibilities**:
- Route Optimization: reducing windshield time & fuel, maximizing current/growing routes, increasing productivity, working with Service teams to allow route completions _and _same day services
- Best Fit: creating solutions and short cuts for the CER team to schedule quickly and effectively, increasing revenues and providing top-notch turn around for clients
- Same day sick call-ins / short notice leaves: liaise between Service/Office when last minute changes occur, supporting the CER in mornings with viable scheduling solutions allowing them to focus on sales/growth
- Contract Setups / Cancels: plotting new sales in current routes, ensuring client requests are being met; tracking ever-evolving route values, drive times, postal code coverage
- Stock Support: ensuring technicians are fully equipped to service their clients/routes, encouraging techs to follow pickup windows, reducing foot traffic and down-time in the office
- Cell phone setup: coordinating new devices, ensuring applicable apps are functional and troubleshooting w/ technicians as needed
- PestPac Profile Setups: entering new techs into PP ensuring their profiles are effective and operational
- MOE Exam Management: getting new techs scheduled with the Ministry for licensing, maintaining scheduling of current techs to ensure no service down-time or re-routing
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with service team (including technicians), helping to promote positive interactions between service/tech/office team(s) at all times
- Keys: organize and maintain client key coordination for techs to service inclusively
**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma
- IPM Certification, Structural Applicator preferred, must be willing to acquire if not currently licensed
- Drivers License preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and internal teammate communication
- Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
