**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Coordinator. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle various responsibilities including sales, bike assembly, customer service, and store organization. If you are passionate about electric bikes, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect electric bike and accessories to suit their needs.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Assemble electric bikes and perform quality checks to ensure they meet our standards.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance tips.
- Manage inventory levels and organize store merchandise to maximize space and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble and maintain electric bikes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
