**About the Company**:
The Cup Store is a leading provider of custom printed disposable restaurant ware. We supply printed paper and plastic cups to a wide variety of customers for use in; restaurants, bars, cafes, corporate events and trade shows. We print corporate logos and marketing messages on our cups for clients.

**About the Role**:
As a Machine operator, you will be responsible for operating the machines as per the job requires. Maintaining quality control. You may also require to packed the printed cups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving work order jobs for printing.
- Examining work order and set up the right tools, prepare the right colors and Quantity needed.
- Mixing ink, clean all the trays for multiple colors.
- Prepare the plates or screens for printing.
- Set up for multiple and make necessary adjustments.
- Check the quality of the printed cups.
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Cleaning the Machine after the job finished and ready for the next job.

**Qualifications**:

- High School or College degree
- Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and able to stand long periods.
- Previous work experience as a machine/ printer operator.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in hot atmosphere/weather conditions.
- Flexible to operate other machinery/Printers.
- Ability to work with ink and chemical
