**Overview**:
Customer Service is an integral part of Sika Canada and acts as the liaison between our Company and its customers. Customer Service Representatives offers support to the sales organization and are the voice of the operations portion of our business to sales and customers. Customer Service collaborates with many partners internally and externally to ensure that we are meeting our customer’s needs. In line with Sika’s Core Values and Principles, Customer Service is built on the foundation of putting customers first and building trust.
Under the mandate of the Vice-President Customer Experience and Customer Service Manager, and in collaboration with the Customer Service Team Lead, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

- Managing specific accounts and maintaining a strong relationship with key contacts.
- Communicating regularly with Sales Representative in each target market to support customer needs.
- Processing customer orders and coordinating with Production and/or Inventory Planning to ensure that customers receive their products on-time.

**Tasks (Procedures)**:

- Receive the orders from customers or Sales Representatives, enter orders, process payments and transfer orders to the logistics teams for shipping.
- In each order, verify products, quantity, pricing, shipping dates and special requirements including export documents and technical documents where necessary.
- Coordinate with Team Leads, Production and Inventory Planning to ensure that products are delivered on-time.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction, when required, coordinate with teams to complete files that may include returns, credits, delays or claims.

**We'd love to hear from you if**:

- You have a DEC/College degree with 2 years' experience, training in Customer service and/or an equivalent experience.
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes) and willing tom upgrade skills.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce would be a strong asset.
- You think critically, creatively, and strategically when establishing customer needs and developing solutions
- You love to learn. You have a growth mindset and are passionate about growing your knowledge and skills, being the best you can be
