**Do you have what it takes?**
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet the patients upon arrival and departure as they pass the reception area
- Do your part to maintain a safe, clean, and touchless environment
- Screen upcoming patients prior to their visit, educating them on what the appointment process is
- Assist the concierge with managing the flow of incoming patients to ensure there are no patients waiting within 6 feet of each other
- Assist in informing incoming patients via text/call when it is time to come into the clinic for their appointment
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with callbacks to assess patient satisfaction
- Give introductory details on all treatments offered at the clinic
- Take before/after photos (assigned to 1 PCC)
- Scan patient profiles and consents
- Handle re-treatment calls/skip calls
- Orchestrate the flow of incoming patients to ensure there is always mínimal grouping of people in the clinic
- Continuous cleaning of all common surface areas
