**Job location: Montreal (Hybrid)**
**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **_Must have good knowledge of Java, API and SQL _**:
- **Incident Management**:Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
**Required Skills**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**:Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- **Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- **Teamwork**:Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
