**Your day may include**:

- Amplify department culture and collaboration by supporting the Product Development Team and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with department managers to collect and organize data, facilitating efficient reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and provide reminders for the Director of Product Development.
- Collect, organize, process, and analyze data on the time, costs, and resources involved in building life-saving medical devices at StarFish.
- Assist with documentation and processes related to training, performance reviews, and other department records.
- Organize department meetings, team lunches, and occasional social events.

- Intermediate MS Office suite skills specific to creating and maintaining Word templates.
- The ability to manage multiple calendars and resources in Outlook.
- Graphing skills in Excel are considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education is beneficial.
