For over 25 years we have been designing and manufacturing architecturally clean access panels solutions. BAUCO is based in Victoria, BC, Canada, just north of Seattle, WA. We distribute our products directly to customers and jobsites in North and Central America and the Caribbean.

**About the role**:
As a key member of the General Services team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for purchasing, receiving materials and parts, performing related accounting functions, basic inventory management and will be the backup shipper. They will be performing basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks; and providing general support to staff and visitors. Their duties require strong organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS office software.

**What you will be doing**:

- General administrative tasks.
- Back up shipper.
- Purchasing.
- Office supply inventory control.
- Basic IT hardware setup and support, trouble shooting.

**What you bring to the table**:

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Degree from a business program would be an asset.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Shipping experience would be an asset but not required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
