Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager at Healthspring Wellness will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, billing, data entry, and record keeping
- Provide team management support by facilitating communication among staff members
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional office environment by enforcing cleanliness standards and promoting a positive work culture

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Experience using Jane App for scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members/clients at all levels

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
