WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Virtually triaging clients' appointments
- Reviewing and rectifying clients' concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift and another administrative job as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Desirable one year of administrative experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good written and spoken English.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, analysiing and reporting
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Salary**: CAD 15.50 - CAD 17.50 per hour
