**Position Summary**:
This position is one within a 7/24, cross-trained team capable of managing a variety of technologies. The position requires a working knowledge of storage arrays, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, and security devices. The position requires some travel and after-hours work.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure cyber investments are applied thoroughly to successfully segment and protect Sofina's Corporate and OT systems.
- Verify that only approved devices are active on the Sofina network.
- Ensure that technology investments in Sofina's network allow for effective management and high network availability.
- Document and ensure supplier compliance with Sofina's cyber security requirements.
- Verify that 3rd party access to the Sofina network is reviewed and monitored including timely support for automated systems.
- Monitor activity and logs relating to issues, security and performance within the enterprise. Proactively provide resolution to issues uncovered through monitoring.
- Monitor, manage and configure security appliances and other mechanisms that safeguard on premise and cloud-based security. Participate in the isolation of Operational Technology and Information Technology. Proactively provide resolution to issues uncovered through monitoring.
- Act as a point of escalation for IT Operations and working with the requestor Investigate and resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant progressive experience.in the Information Technology field.
- Intermediate working knowledge demonstrated in at least two of the following; enterprise storage, virtualization, networking, security, compliance, Microsoft technologies with focus on Active Directory, Group Policy, permissions and security, Office 365, Share point, & Teams.
- Good understanding of enterprise server operations best practices.
