Muskoka Insurance Brokers Ltd is a locally owned insurance brokerage, with offices in Gravenhurst, Bracebrige and Port Carling. We are currently looking to a fill a full-time receptionist/office administrator position.
We are looking for an energetic individual with a customer-first mindset who will represent our office well as the first point of contact. In addition, we are looking for someone who reflects our brokerage’s core values of integrity and reliability.
In addition to directing incoming calls to our office, this individual will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain working knowledge of computer systems and insurance company portals
- Conduct invoicing and transacting
- Forward payments to insurance company
- Other duties to be assigned
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Positive outlook
RIBO licence and/or industry-related experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Our culture values continuous learning and places importance not only on having knowledge, but having the ability to learn.
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
