**The Opportunity**:

- Provides front line services to employees, responds to general HR queries, providing advice and counsel for routine matters
- Support HR initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture, including recognition programs and social events
- Assists with recruitment and on-boarding efforts including request for staff process, new hire process, and exit interviews process.
- Enters, updates and maintains accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle, including both onboarding and offboarding
- Process short term disability claim, and coordinate return-to-work plan
- Conducts research, generates reports and analyzes key HR metrics.
- Assists in delivery of new hire orientation and training programs.
- Build awareness, training and tools to ensure a safety first' environment and compliance with health and safety requirements
- Assist with the interpretation of Company policies, procedures and programs

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a HR role
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- CHRP or equivalent HR designation is an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or consumer packaged goods industries
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and written skills
- Bilingual - English and French (written & verbal communication)

**L'opportunité**:

- Fournit des services de première ligne aux employés,répond aux questions générales des RH, fournit des conseils et des conseils pour les questions courantes
- Soutenir les initiatives RH qui contribuent à l'engagement des employés et à une culture de travail positive, y compris les programmes de reconnaissance et les événements sociaux
- Aide aux efforts de recrutement et d'intégration, y compris le processus de demande de personnel, le processus de nouvelle embauche et le processus d'entretiens de départ.
- Saisir, mettre à jour et maintenir des dossiers précis des employés tout au long du cycle de vie des employés, y compris l'intégration et le départ
- Traiter les demandes d'invalidité de courte durée et coordonner le plan de retour au travail
- Effectue des recherches, génère des rapports et analyse les principaux paramètres RH.
- Aide à la prestation de programmes d'orientation et de formation pour les nouveaux employés.
- Développer la sensibilisation, la formation et les outils pour assurer un environnement de sécurité d'abord et le respect des exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Aider à l'interprétation des politiques, procédures et programmes de l'entreprise

**Exigences mínimales**:

- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle RH
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent
- CRHA ou titre équivalent en RH est un atout
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, de préférence dans les industries alimentaires ou des biens de consommation emballés
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation
- Compétences efficaces en communication, en présentation et en rédaction
- Bilingue - anglais et français (communication écrite et verbale)
