**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps.
- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and other resources.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide feedback to staff on their performance during training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of training activities and progress.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6E 1B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
