triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist **to join our Marketing team.

**Primary Purpose**:
As part of the marketing team, the CRM Specialist is responsible for managing the Company’s CRM software to improve sales and marketing outcomes. By designing, building, implementing, and maintaining CRM based initiatives, the CRM Specialist will seek to improve sales, the customer experience, and overall brand image along the sales funnel. The CRM Specialist will act as the main liaison between employees, business leaders, and the CRM software.

The CRM Specialist will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement a new CRM within the organization.
- Design, build, implement, and maintain all aspects within the CRM.
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to turn prospects into new customers, retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand the Company’s brand value.
- Implement marketing campaigns that utilize CRM capabilities to drive student awareness and progression of students through admissions funnel to enrollment.
- Collaborate with IT on defining the capabilities and driving the implementation of the required CRM infrastructure.
- Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategies.
- Implement and build reporting inside and outside of the CRM to analyze performance of various aspects of the CRM and various customer touch points.
- Analyze market reports to determine the marketing trends and how the business should respond.
- Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Degree in an analytical field (Math, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer experience, CRM, marketing, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience leading CRM initiatives within an organization.
- Successful implementation of a new CRM within an organization preferred.
- Experience designing and building customer centric communications and solutions.

**Hours of Work**:
This position is a full-time opportunity. Hours of work will be **8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.**

**Location**:
This position can work **remotely.**

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate.**
