Administrative Assistant and Communications

**Duties**:
- Assist with the day to day running of office
- Graphic design and submission coordination of proposals
- Preparation of marketing material
- Curate social media post and manage platforms
- Maintain and update website content
- Maintain project databases and project files
- Answer phones, field calls, liaise with clients and consultants
- Maintain computer archive and back-ups
- Computer troubleshooting
- Plan and execute social activities for staff
- Manage confidential material as required
**Requirements**:
- Ability to effectively communicate in various delivery methods/platforms
- Strong social media skills and graphic abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Trustworthy with a high level of discretion required
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro is an asset.
- Experience with Mac platforms is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
