**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records and files.
- Record meeting minutes, develop agendas and attend sessions to record key content and action items; retrieves, compiles and distributes reference material for meetings.
- Provides general office support for the Office Administrator when they are on vacation/sick.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with the Board of Directors, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and facilitating communication.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of activities.
**Special Projects and Initiatives**:
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, providing research, analysis, and support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
