- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Accounts Receivable**
- Coordinate with Sales team to ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Bookkeepers to ensure payments are logged in QuickBooks
- Follow up on delinquent accounts
- Process daily receipts
- Reduce A/R payment cycle days
- Send statements of account to customers from QuickBooks platform
- Remote deposit capture (RDC from TD Bank) depositing cheques

**Accounts Payable**
- Ensure Supplier invoices are submitted
- Coordinate with bookkeepers to ensure supplier invoices have been paid
- Print cheques as prepared by remote bookkeepers and mail them to suppliers as needed
- Paying vendors via TD wire transfer platform.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Customer service support as required.
- Work as the front desk reception staff - answering and redirecting phone calls to the main line and directing visitors to proper department

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business or a related field preferred;
- Understanding of basic AP / AR principals
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
- Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines;
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required;
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required
- Must be comfortable working with customers.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
