- Reply to information requests and inquiries with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
- Assisting with data collection and reporting
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Any additional duties as required.

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or any other relevant role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read, write, speak fluent English.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with sales & marketing

Wage to be negotiated depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
