**Job Title**
Digital Content Strategist (12 month contract)
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work closely with writers, designers, product experts and digital teams from both RBC GAM and BlackRock to ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns,
- Support teams with ongoing marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, events, product launches, digital tool, with a focus on digital user experience.
- Support the execution of the overall RBC iShares digital roadmap
- Manage all digital content creation, content publication and ongoing updates to website (including images, files, metadata, and SEO formatting)
- Understand the site content and design framework in order to provide recommendations to refresh content, create new pages, and optimize engagement.
- Audit the advisor user journeys (public and logged in) and find actionable ways to enhance the user journey and encourage engagement.
- Integrate search optimization across new and existing webpages to increase findability
- Monitor and research competitors’ digital activations for financial advisors and provide guidance to team on best practices.
- Work closely with the team to interpret, analyze and present digital metrics, and provide recommendations to increase engagement.
**Must Have**:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent in digital marketing, marketing, communications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- Investment industry experience, knowledge of the ETF Industry and investment products
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MarTech tools, Content Management Systems, and Social Media middleware.
- Detail oriented, strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work as part of a high-performing team
