**Overview of Absolute Home Services**
Absolute Home Services is home services company that provides painting, landscaping and handyman services to home owners. We are a fast growing company devoted to creating customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and professional quality work.
**Job Purpose**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Customer Success Manager's duties and responsibilities include:
- Working in our head office Monday to Friday, between 9-5pm
- Answering all inbound calls and online messages from customers
- Communicating with customers daily including: scheduling quotes with with our Project Management team, updating on project schedule, processing payments, and handling general inquiries
- Outbound calling to follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with and supporting our Operations Manager and Owner with various office and administrative duties
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is customer oriented, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable on the phone and on a computer, and someone that is a quick learner and looking for a great place to grow We do not require previous experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- office or administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
