**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who has excellent client service skills?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Contact Center Representative** in **select locations across Turtle Island (Canada).**

As a Contact Center Representative at one of our Contact Centres, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their banking needs. In this fast-paced role, you'll resolve issues, build relationships, and match clients with the right products to support their financial success.

- Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate _(Internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps_

If you're unsure about being on the front lines of client service, we’ve got you covered with a comprehensive, paid training program. Over approximately 12 weeks, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-tier service to CIBC clients through a mix of in-class learning and hands-on experience, typically running Monday to Friday. **What You Need to Know**
- ** You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada at any of the following locations: Regina SK, Vancouver BC, Toronto ON, Halifax NS and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit**:

- Some roles may have be virtual work from home opportunities
- This is a regular full-time role that requires flexibility which may include evenings and weekends
- Potential roles will be in Telephone Banking, Fraud, Collections, and Mortgages

- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Client Engagement: Help clients manage accounts, build connections, and refer them to the right CIBC contacts
