**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional with a background in procurement?
We're looking for you to join our team as a **Manager, Global Procurement** in **Toronto, ON.**

As the Manager for professional services (Marketing, Travel, Contingent Labor, BPO, IT Services), you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering category plans. This includes leading negotiations with third parties and analyzing the supply market, stakeholder needs, and procurement activities within assigned mid-high value and complexity categories. Your responsibilities also involve sourcing, negotiating, and executing agreements, addressing stakeholder requirements, and offering valuable advice to member firms on Global Procurement's services. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing effectiveness and alignment with stakeholder needs through continuous improvement initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in a related field
- Experience in strategic sourcing with specific category knowledge in any or all of the following: IT Services, HR, Contingent Labour, Marketing and Application Development & Maintenance
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen - able to assist in drafting, negotiating, and delivering contracts
- Understanding of supplier management
