**Are you a First Nations, Métis, or Inuit professional experienced in clerical support? Do you want to join a supportive work environment that gives you the tools to succeed?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Hybrid/Remote Processor, Collections,** in **Toronto, ON.**

As the Processor, you'll be responsible for handling financial and non-financial tasks related to CIBC's National Collection accounts. You will verifying transactions for compliance with accounting principles, exercising independent judgment for specialized functions, and investigating issues to determine appropriate actions. In this position, you will be operating in a fast-paced, computer-oriented environment using diverse bank software.

- Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate _(Internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps)._
- Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Able to provide specialized clerical information, assistance, and/or technical service directly to internal/external customers and/or in support of client management
- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience providing administrative support, such as filing and providing assistance to team
- Collect, process, and deliver detailed and accurate information, much of which requires verification, summarization, or condensation
- Goal-oriented, eager to work with an engaged team to complete personal and collective professional goals
- Able to build genuine relationships with clients and team members
