**Position Summary**:
While reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this dynamic individual will be primarily responsible for the coordination of the recruitment and selection process, conducting new employee orientations, maintaining Human Resources Information System and participating in career job fairs.

**The Role**:
Coordinates the recruitment process, including pre-screening of resumes, schedule and conducting of interviews, reference checking, extending job offers.

Maintains employee files and enters data into Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Maintain the Applicant Tracking and other relevant reports.

Completes new hire packages and coordinates and conducts new employee orientation process.

Participates and attends career Job Fairs, including working closely with community colleges and coordination of student placements.

**What you bring**:

- Completed diploma in Human Resources Management or Human Resource Management Certification and experience required.
- Working towards or in possession of the CHRP designation is an asset.
- Current member of the HRPA or related Provincial Body.
- Motivation/Drive to become a high-end recruiter - has a growth mindset
- Connector/relationship builder - internally and externally
- Solid recruitment track record/experience.
- Experience using an HRIS, an asset
- Strong understanding of various employment related legislation (ESA, 2000, OH&SA, Human Rights, CCRA, WSIB and Labour Relations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Effective time management, organizational and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, 6 months contract
- **Salary: $58,000.00-$68,000.00**_
- **Hours of work: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)**_
