We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the esteemed team. This position is ideal for an individual with a robust recruitment background, technical acumen, and a proven track record in capital markets, Wealth Management and /or asset management.

**Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive market, with a focus on capital markets and asset management professionals.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong technical background to understand the unique skill sets required for various roles within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements.

Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by showcasing the organization's strengths, achievements, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on talent acquisition metrics and trends.

**Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on capital markets and asset management roles.
Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and assess complex technical requirements for various positions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, particularly in capital markets and asset management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
