**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and/or place telephone calls that are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
- Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints with skill and tact.
- Direct calls to sales representatives or technical/service areas where applicable.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
- Solve customer problems through communication best practices.
- Analyze customer service needs for communication with other departments as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 3+ years of experience in a progressive customer service environment.
- Highly strong phone and technology skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive and customer service-oriented approach and personality.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work collaboratively and make good judgments on escalations, problem-solving, and the direction of calls.
- A High School Diploma is _required_ with Post-Secondary in a related field being an _asset._
