We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Order Entry Representative at our door and window manufacturing company in Montreal. This role is a critical part of our operations, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Listen attentively to customer needs, providing accurate and timely information about our products, services, pricing, and delivery times.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, fostering positive relationships with clients.

**2. Order Entry and Processing**:

- Accurately input and process customer orders into our system, ensuring all details, specifications, and quantities are correct.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders, coordinating efficient manufacturing and delivery timelines.
- Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Assist in generating order-related documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

**3. Product Knowledge and Technical Support**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range, including doors, windows, and related accessories.
- Provide basic technical support to customers, guiding them through installation instructions, maintenance guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures.

**4. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and organized customer records, order history, and communication logs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction-related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order entry systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
