Job Title: Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, health insurance benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8T 2W6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
