**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Manage social media/website accounts, and hotel conceirge program.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
- Social Media, Website building, and some graphic design.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to drive decision-making
- Experience in outside sales, account management, and negotiating contracts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
