Nous recherchons activement une personne pour assumer une variété de responsabilités et de taches dans son role de Représentant du Service à la Clientèle.

**SOMMAIRE**

Le coordonnateur de flotte est responsable de l’administration de la flotte ainsi que de l’administration des programmes de conformité, de sécurité, d’entretien et de maintenance en place. La conformité et sécurité incluent les heures de service, les infractions au code de la route, les vérifications ponctuelles de la conformité des camionneurs, de leur équipement, ainsi que le suivi des rapports d’inspections, constats d’infraction et autres Le superviseur de flotte doit aussi céduler l’entretien des camions sous sa responsabilité pour la succursale.

**Tâches & Responsabilités principals**

D’autres responsabilités pourraient s’ajouter, ne se limite pas à ce qui suit.
- **Coordonner les divers programmes de sécurité et conformité**
- S’assure du respect des heures de service
- S’assure que les heures de conduite sont correctement consignées
- Produire les rapports de violation des heures de service requis
- Faire le suivi des infractions aux heures de service et s’assurer que la formation adéquate est fournie en cas de besoin
- Documenter toute mesure ou action disciplinaire prise envers les fautifs pour infractions aux règlement sur les heures de conduite et de travail
- Faire le suivi nécessaire et documenter toute inspection subie et infractions au code de la sécurité routière.
- Faire le suivi avec les conducteurs ayant reçu les infractions et documenter les mesures correctives ou disciplinaires prises.
- Revue quotidienne/hebdomadaire des divers rapports produits par le système de télémétrie des camions
- Revue quotidienne hebdomadaire des divers autres rapports (E-VAD, ETC)
- **Coordonner les divers programmes de maintenance et d’entretien**
- Céduler et coordonner l’entretien et réparations des véhicules appartenant à la compagnie.
- Créer et compléter les bons de travail / factures au système informatique.
- S’assurer que les défectuosités enregistrées par les chauffeurs sont réparées tel que requis et documenter tel que requis.
- Réviser et approuver les factures reçues pour entretien et réparations, entrer les détails au système.
- Contrôler et réviser les documents d’entretien fournis par les propriétaires-exploitants exclusifs à Hansen’s.
- Coordonner l’entretien, installation et autres des systèmes de télémétrie et caméras embarquées.
- Assurer la couverture pour imprévus et bris en dehors des heures ouvrables.
- **Orientation et formation des camionneurs**
- Formations périodiques et ponctuelles telles que requises
- Programme d’inspection de véhicules (Cargo)
- Procédures d’arrimage de cargaison (4 courroies en tout temps)
- Système Geotab, VAD, camera embarquée, heures de service, etc.
- Support aux camionneurs en général, premier contact avec les camionneurs
- **Faire inspections ponctuelles sur camions & conducteurs**:

- **S’assurer du bon fonctionnement de la cour : Propreté, déneigement, stationnement des véhicules en transit, etc**:

- **Procéder aux évaluations de conduite pour conducteurs-appliquants**:

- **Procéder à de menus travaux sur camions, selon aisance. (Lumières, ruban réfléchissant, lettrage, etc)**:

- **Autres taches, tel que requis**

**Qualifications requises**:

- Expérience mínimale de 5 ans en transport, transport spécialisé un grand atout
- Connaissance des lois et règlements sur le transport
- Expérience préalable en formation et accompagnement un atout Capacité à gérer son propre horaire
- Grandes qualités interpersonelles
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite
- Connaissance informatiques de base, aisance avec systèmes informatiques.**Job Summary**

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for administrating the company’s fleet safety & compliance programs as well as coordinating vehicle maintenance at the branch level. Fleet safety and compliance includes Hours of Service, Speeding violations, Driver Compliance audits, and the review and follow up of driver/vehicle roadside inspections and moving violations. Vehicle maintenance includes coordinating all company vehicle maintenance and repairs at the branch level.

This position is also responsible for assisting in the training of new drivers on how to use the Geotab system and performing general duties within the fleet department as assigned.
