**YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES**:

- Ensure management and compliance of fleet practices.
- Ensure the quality of operational service and monitor fleet compliance.
- Supporting the Supervisor - Dispatcher in personnel and fleet planning.
- Support the Operation Managers and build relationships with the company’s various business units.
- Ensure team skills development.
- Control costs associated with dispatch operations.
- Ensure that the dispatch department’s efficiency is optimized.
- Work with the DRI team to develop electronic forms, performance reports, performance tracking charts, etc.
- Implement key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of goals and continuous improvement processes for the dispatch team.
- Participate in and support Health, Safety and Environmental Management System activities.

**OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS**:

- University degree in Administration or other relevant area
- Minimum five years of professional experience in management and supervision
- Knowledge of the maritime industry (an asset)
- Computer skills: Word (advanced), Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (intermediate)
- Ability to find innovative solutions
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages: advanced level in French and in English, spoken and written
