**Who are we?**

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.

After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.

**Role and context**

The Invoicing Technician manages the administrative and accounting tasks associated with customer invoices for various entities within the Group. This position is crucial for maintaining an efficient accounts receivable organisation and smooth coordination between the various companies in the Group.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of invoices into the accounting system.
- Rigorously monitor customer payments, working closely with Customer Services to resolve any discrepancies.
- Play an active role in improving invoicing procedures and proposing innovative solutions to optimise the collection process.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on the status of accounts receivable to the finance department.
- Working with other departments to ensure consistent invoicing in line with contracts and orders.

- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide solutions based on analysis.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment and effectively manage shifting priorities.

**Specific job requirements**
- Diploma of Secondary Studies (DES) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in a field related to accounting or management
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use advanced data analysis functions.
- Previous experience in a billing department, ideally in a similar environment, would be a major asset.
