Administration and Reception Summer Student

**We are looking for**: a full-time, contract Administration and Reception Student
**Hours of Work**: 34 hours/week in office.
**Reports to**: Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with PPE inventory including learning the inventory program, ordering PPE and maintaining inventory/office supplies
- Reception duties - answering telephone, helping visitors and PSWs
- Mail Room duties - learn how all the postal machines work and help with mail room duties including mail distribution, scanning, laminating etc.
- Administrative Assistance - under guidance of Mentor and Supervisor assist other departments in requested admin duties given to Admin Team
- Assist Office Manager on special projects, purchasing, quotes etc.
- Assist Admin team with PPE orders, learning Easy Care and PSW order process
- Assist in any other special projects that the Admin Team handles

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled or recently graduated from post-secondary education in a related field
- Administrative experience and customer service an asset
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Computer savvy - able to learn new programs (In Flow Inventory system, Easy Care, Crystal Reports)
