We are seeking a Sales Development Intern to join our Sales organization. Come join us on our exciting journey of growth The Sales Development Intern is responsible for qualifying prospects from lead status and converting them to opportunities in the sales pipeline. We look for our employees to provide first-class customer engagement to ensure that longstanding relationships can be built. The Sales Development Internship is an ideal growth position for an aspiring sales professional.
In this 12-to-16-week internship,you will have the great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business about Technical Sales.
What You'll Do:
**Your amazing opportunity**:
- Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads
- Work closely with Account Executives across North America
- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
- Augment Salesforce database with new and correct details around our Prospects and Partners
What You'll Bring:
- We are looking for 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in Business, Marketing, Economics or another Bachelor of Arts related undergraduate degree program
- Available to work 37.5 hours per week for 12-16 weeks at our local Collaboration Hub in Ottawa, Ontario
- We are looking for students that are energized by learning and growing with like-minded colleagues committed to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
