Comme Lifemark, vous croyez au pouvoir du travail pour transformer les vies. En tant que gestionnaire administratif, vous vous occuperez de l'intégration des utilisateurs externes aux systèmes informatiques de Lifemark. Il s'agit d'une partie importante du programme de services de réadaptation et d'assistance professionnelle (PSRAP) de Lifemark, qui est exécuté au nom d'Anciens Combattants Canada (ACC).
En tant que coordinateur administratif, vous aurez la responsabilité d'intégrer nos fournisseurs hors réseau dans le système informatique de Lifemark. Vous serez également une ressource utile pour les fournisseurs s'ils ont des questions sur l'utilisation du système et/ou sur la facturation/soumission de rapport. Le coordinateur administratif fournira également un soutien administratif à l'équipe de direction et traitera toutes les questions urgentes en temps opportun.

- Point de contact principale pour les besoins des fournisseurs hors réseau qui offre des services aux participants du PSRVC
- Répondre aux courriels d'assistance aux utilisateurs et aux demandes de renseignements par téléphone.
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions ou aux préoccupations liées au processus.
- Intégrer les utilisateurs externes (fournisseurs hors réseau) dans le système informatique de Lifemark aux fins du traitement des demandes et de la soumission des rapports.
- Fournir un soutien administratif aux utilisateurs externes, le cas échéant.

Ce que vous apportez_**
- Certificat ou diplôme d'études postsecondaires en administration des affaires, en administration de bureau médical ou dans un autre domaine pertinent.
- Une (1) année ou plus d'expérience dans un rôle administratif
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et d'étiquette téléphonique
- Grand sens de l'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (verbale/écrite) et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Excellente maîtrise des outils numériques, notamment MS Office, MS Teams et SharePoint.
- Le bilinguisme est un atout.

Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS) provides comprehensive rehabilitation focused assessment and intervention for Canadian Veterans who are experiencing barriers transitioning to life after service due to service-related injuries or illness. Using a biopsychosocial approach, the assessment and intervention services are performed by an interdisciplinary team of clinicians with expertise in the management of complex conditions such as chronic pain, persistent symptoms following head injury, MSK injuries, often with comorbid mental illness with presenting psychosocial barriers to recovery.
As the administrative coordinator, you will have a responsibility of onboarding our out-of-network providers onto the Lifemark IT system. You will also be a helpful resource to the providers should they have any questions about using the system and/or any billing inquiries. The administrative coordinator will also provide clerical support to the management team and address any urgent matters in a timely manner.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support service delivery as a central point of contact for the needs of out of network providers delivering work for PCVRS Participants.
- Providing excellent customer service in addressing questions or concerns related to the process
- Onboarding of external users (out of network providers) onto the Lifemark IT system for the purpose of claims processing and report submission
- Provide administrative support to external users as required
