Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**
Your primary responsibility will be to create AMAZING content for our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and the marketing department, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand identity, goals and campaigns.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day social calendars, including drafting, scheduling, and publishing captivating content across a portfolio of social channels.
- Curate and create a diverse inventory of compelling social content, incorporating text, images, videos, and storytelling elements.
- Create and edit engaging videos to complement social media content, ensuring high-quality production and storytelling.
- Serve as a quicker thinker and out-of-the-box video editor, especially for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other popular social networks.
- Monitor social channels proactively for engagement opportunities, fostering highly engaged fanbases and interactions with users.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and news, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with online audiences while adhering to necessary guidelines and regulations.
- Perform video creation, editing, and storytelling to enrich social media content and enhance brand storytelling.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create marketing campaigns using META platform.
- Utilize META Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Create engaging graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality blog posts and articles on WordPress.
**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Experience with advertising on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator) for content creation.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content and following Strong production/editing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in managing on-site photoshoots and videos
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SEMrush, Biteable, is preferred; experience with CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
**Experience**
- Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
- Social media management: 5 years (required)
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field is essential.
- Expertise in META Ads, MailChimp, Zappier, CRM tools and graphic designer tools is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks is highly desirable.
- Experience with WordPress for website management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus for enhancing web content functionality.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on creativity and collaboration.
- Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner is an asset.

Pay: $37,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
