**WHAT IS THE ROLE ?**

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Purchase Orders: Create, review, and amend purchase orders as required. Ensure all orders are accurate and complete
- Style Boards Maintenance: Update and maintain style boards with current and upcoming, colors
- Team Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between the merchandising, design, production, and sales teams. Ensure that information flows smoothly and that all teams are aligned on project timelines and objectives.
- Follow-Up: Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of product details, orders, and other relevant data in the company's merchandising systems.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market and trend research to support product development and merchandising strategies.

Sample Coordination: Assist in managing product samples, including organization, tracking, and coordination with internal teams.

**WHO YOU ARE ?**
- Education: Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of the apparel production process is a plus.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in fashion, merchandising, or retail is a plus, but not required.
- Personal Attributes:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Momentis is an asset
- Knowledge of Miro is an asset
- Knowledge of NuOrder is an asset
