Who You Are:
You are someone with strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You have experience driving business for a luxury brand and are passionate about fashion, trends, and customer behavior. Michael Kors is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator in Canada to support all facets of a growing domestic and international business.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate and analyze weekly selling reports to forecast and identify wins, track selling, identify key trends, maximize opportunities, and minimize liabilities to achieve continued growth and profitability of the Canadian business
- Responsible for maintaining assortment sheets, pricing/conversion files, processing markdowns, and following Canadian calendar needs as well as total North American strategies while partnering with Canada wholesale
- Manage inventory movement between Channels (Omni, Outlet, Wholesale) every week
- Own pricing strategies for both pre-season and in-season
- Foster and leverage cross-functional relationships to create opportunities for the business
- site merchandising, buyers, visual, marketing, and field teams
- Work with the allocations team and store management to ensure assortments by door are maximized
- Communicate the Canadian calendar of holidays and other key promotional time periods
- Maintain Canadian Masterfile to keep track of buys and ETAs

You’ll Need to Have:

- Must have 1-2 yrs. experience in Retail Buying or Merchandising
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Fast learner
- Someone who will ask questions when they are unsure
- Collaborative and communicative
- Computer Literate - Strong Excel Skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Vous avez l'expérience dans la gestion d'une marque de luxe et vous êtes passionné par la mode, les tendances et le comportement des clients. Michael Kors est à la recherche coordinateur (trice) du marchandisage au Canada pour supporter toutes les facettes d'une entreprise nationale et internationale en pleine croissance.

Vous ferez:

- Générer et analyser des rapports de vente hebdomadaires pour prévoir et identifier les gains, suivre les ventes, identifier les tendances clés, maximiser les opportunités et minimiser les responsabilités afin d'atteindre une croissance et une rentabilité continues de l'activité canadienne.
- Il est responsable de la tenue des fiches d'assortiment, des fichiers de tarification/conversion, du traitement des démarques, du respect des calendriers canadiens et des stratégies nord-américaines globales, tout en collaborant avec les grossistes canadiens.
- Gérer les mouvements de stocks entre les canaux (Omni, Outlet, Wholesale) sur une base hebdomadaire. S'approprier les stratégies de prix en pré-saison et en saison.
- Favoriser et exploiter les relations interfonctionnelles afin de créer des opportunités pour l'entreprise - merchandising du site, acheteurs, visuels, marketing et équipes sur le terrain.
- Travailler avec l'équipe d'attribution et la direction du magasin pour s'assurer que les assortiments par porte sont maximisés.
- Communiquer le calendrier canadien des jours fériés et autres périodes promotionnelles clés.
- Tenir à jour le fichier principal canadien pour assurer le suivi des achats et des délais d'exécution.
- Responsable de la sélection des produits (tout en gardant à l'esprit les tendances et les niveaux de stock) pour diverses initiatives relatives au commerce électronique, au marketing par courriel, au marketing de détail, aux relations publiques, etc.

Vous devez avoir:

- Plus de 1-2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'achat au détail ou du merchandising.
- Diplôme de Bachelor au minimum
- Apprentissage rapide - Quelqu'un qui pose des questions lorsqu'il n'est pas sûr de lui.
- Collaboratif et communicatif
